POSITION DESCRIPTION
The College is seeking a qualified and
student-focused professional to serve as the Director of Counseling &
Student Wellness Initiatives. This position provides leadership and oversight
for Counseling Services and supports the development of wellness initiatives
that promote student wellbeing and success.
The Director is responsible for
establishing and maintaining the College’s philosophy on student mental health
in alignment with institutional strategic plans. This role ensures the
continuity of quality mental health service delivery and works collaboratively
with Enrollment & Student Success leadership to support integrated care and
wellness initiatives across campus.
